Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your mail accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email mailbox accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable e-mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and select the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just choose the e-mail account you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
